Britain's most cluttered home hides disgusting secret as it hits market for £300,000 – would YOU put in an offer?

THE MOST cluttered home in Britain is now on the market for £300,000 after receiving a major makeover. Previous occupants had left it a mess both on the inside and out. 9 9 9 9 9 The two-storey semi-detached house located in Stoke, Plymouth is now on the market for double the price it was auctioned for in 2021. At this time, thick ivy could also be seen growing out of control on the home's exterior, wrapping around its side, along the roof and windows. Pictures previously revealed how thousands of beer bottles, cans, plastic bags, newspapers and other debris once filled its rooms. The floor was completely covered with carrier bags, milk cartons, old food packaging from the living room to kitchen, as well as upstairs. Some rooms were not even possible to access as debris piled on the floors and furniture. The house has now undergone a major transformation becoming a stunning family home, with three vibrant bedrooms and a modern kitchen. It follows its previous auctioning off in November 2021, where bidding started at £110,000. Despite the rubbish that had accumulated throughout the property, it received offers in £5,000 increments from buyers. A proxy bid finally brought the auction to £145,000. Following its makeover, the property is back on the market for just over double the price. "The newly fitted kitchen/breakfast room is a true highlight, boasting contemporary units and ample space for culinary creations." The property has also been given a new roof, plumbing, gas central heating and a complete re-wiring. On top of that, doors and architraves, skirting and some floors have been sanded back to their original wood. It is due to go on the market via Purplebricks after once being dubbed "Britain's most cluttered house".
